下消化道出血诊治探讨(附745例分析)

摘　　要：本文报告我院经病理学或微生物学确诊的下消化道出血745例,其中良性病变462例,恶性283例。分别以息肉和腺癌多见。出血部位在大肠者632例(84.4％),小肠出血40例(5.6％),大小肠均有病变或回盲部73例(10％)。对各个部位出血的诊断步骤、治疗原则进行了讨论,特别强调了少见出血疾病的特点。745 cases of the hemorrhage of lower gastrointestinal tract that diagnosed by pathology or microbiology in our hospital were reported. There were 462 cases of benign lesion and 283 cases of malignant lesion. Most of them were polyps and adenocarcinomas. There were 632 cases (84.4％)in large bowel, 40 cases (5.5％)in small intestin,and 73 cases (10%)in both small intestin and large bowel or ileocecum. The diagnostic steps and the therapeatic princeples of hemorrhage in each locality were discussed. The characterestics of uncommon hemorrhage diseases were emphasized.
