急性感染性多发性神经病周围神经的显微和超微结构研究

摘  要:在光镜和电镜下,对3例发病25~120天的脊神经型和1例发病140天的颅神经型急性感染性多发性神经病(GBS)的腓浅神经足背支活检标本进行了观察。发现神经纤维呈束状节段性髓鞘轴索交性,而不是单根纤维节段性交性。变性轴索中神经微丝量明显增多。在吖啶橙—硫堇染色光镜下,髓鞘变性纤维中的轴索呈黄色,而正常轴索为白色。发现μ—颗粒、Pi—颗粒、核蛋白体板层复合物;纤维性长间距体;雷诺小体;静脉内血小板成团贴附在内皮的缺损处,等,对上述发现进行了讨论。4 biopsies of rami cutaneous dorsalis intermedius of supeficial peroneal nerves in the Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) (3 cases of spinal nerve type that had come on for 25-120 days, 1 case of cranial nerve type for 140 days) were observed under the Light and electron microsopes. It was found: The myelinated fibers within the nerve-tract showed the bundle-like segment degeneration but not the segment degeneration of one fiber. The number of neurofilaments obviously increased within the degenerated axons. The degeneration of axons in the degenerated myelin sheaths showed yellow but the normal axons was white with thionineacridine orange stain under light microscope. It was inferred that this appearence might relate to the increase of neurofilaments within the degenerated axons. It was also found: μ-granules, pi-granules, ribosome-lamina complex within the Schwann cells of myelinated fibers; the increased collagen fibers and fibrous long-spacing bodies in the endoneurium; the platelet groups adhered to the defective endothelium of the epineurial venules; the Renaut's bodies in the subperineurial space and so on. The above findings were discussed.
