摘　　要：复杂性的 2 0个定律是结构基础学派复杂性研究的理论核心。针对我国该理论的研究现状 ,提出了进行该理论研究的必要性 ;提供了 2 0个定律、10个分类和 5个指标体系的原文译文 ,给出了出处、要点 。The Twenty Laws of Complexity,put forth by Warfield J N,Vickers G,Pierce C S,Piaget J etc,is the cord theory of structure-based School.According to the new economic,management and study situation with which Chinese scholar faced,the authors thought it is necessary to make comprehensive understarding of Twenty Laws of Complexity,Taxonomy and Indexes(LTI),to introduce the original version and translate it.The authors also tried to explain the main points in detail to promote the development of structure-based School in Chinese complexity research circle rapidly.
