“乳宁冲剂”的浸提工艺研究

摘　　要：“乳宁冲剂”为治疗女性乳房小叶增生的纯中药制剂,经临床验证,毒性小,疗效高。为求得质量稳定,以方中君药淫羊藿的活性成份淫羊藿甙为指标,对水煎、水煎酒沉及70%乙醇回流三种工艺方法进行比较,结果确定水煎方法为好;又以水煎时间、加水量为指标,确定最好的浸提方法。“Breast Peace Granules”is a pure herbal preparation for female lobular hyperplasia of breast and has been clinically proved by its little toxicity and high effect.In order to stabilise its quality in production,three technological methods of water decoction,water decoction and wine precipitation,75% alcohol reflux had been compared,with icariine as index,which is an active component from the monarch drug,Herba Epimedii,in herbal formula.The results showed water decoction is best.Therefore,with decocting time and water volume as indexes,the best infusing and extracting methods were decided.
