摘　　要：2 1世纪成人高等教育的发展应当从理念上进行根本性的转变。成人高等教育要面向社会、面向市场 ,以社会主义市场经济的需求为导向 ,用新的理念、创新教育来培养学生的创新意识、创新思维、创新精神、创新能力 。The development of adult higher education in the 21st century should be changed fundamentally in ideas. Adult higher education should be opened to the society and the market. Guided by the demand of socialism market economy, the innovation sense, thought, spirit and ability of students should be fostered by new ideas and innovation education to push the development of adult higher education.
