摘 要:本文认为 ,南宋理学家吕祖谦对道家思想除了有所抨击外 ,还对其加以兼容并予以改造而利用之。他既与庄子一样肯定作为宇宙万物本体的道或理无时而又无所不在 ,但又赋予道或理以伦理价值内涵。其易学和史学论著中所运用的矛盾分析方法和体现出来的居安思危的忧患意识 ,虽直接来自于《周易》 ,但也与老子的思想精神是相同的。他对庄学的宇宙本体观与心性论和对老学辩证思维方法的兼容与改造 ,是形成其兼治经史和思想博杂的理论特色的一个重要方面。This paper proposes that,Lv Zu- qian,a Neo-Confucian scholar of Southern Song Dynasty,besides fustigating the th ought of Taoism,he remolded and applied it as well.He affirmed,as Zhuangzi did,t hat Dao or Li(principle),noumenon of univ erse exists whenever and wherever.And al so he grants to Dao or Li the meaning of ethical value.The method of contradicti on analysis and meaning of suffering con sciousness in his works,though directly from Book of Changes,is similar to the t hought of Laozi.His compatibility and re molding for Zhuangzi's universal ontolog y and philosophy of mind and Laozi's dia lectic thinking played an important role in the formation of his theoretic chara cteristics with complexity and compatibi lity.
