摘 要:在实验室条件下研究了腐食酪螨与常见青霉和烟曲霉两种寄生真菌之间的相互关系。在28℃、RH80%~90%条件下,两种真菌对螨有较强的诱集作用,螨能传播真菌,并取食真菌和培养基,发育良好,但真菌和螨之间存在一定的颉顽关系。对螨的种群变化建立了相应数学模型,确认腐食酪螨单独以核桃取食不能完成世代发育,但有真菌存在时能完成,指出了菌—螨—核桃体系对真菌防治的重要性。In laboratory the relation between Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank) and two parasitic fungi (Penicillium frequentans and Aspergillus fumigatus)has been studied. At temperature 28℃, Rh 80%-90%, the two fungi had a stronger attraction for mites which can spread fungi. The mite developed well due to eat fungi and culture medium, but there was an antagonism between the fungi and the mite. The corresponding mathematic model for changes of mite population was developed.It was confirmed that Tyrophagus putrescentiae feeding only on walnut could not complete development,but under the condition of fungi existing, the mite could complete whole development stages. It is important to control fungi in the system of fungi-mite-walnut.
