低剂量氟尿嘧啶持续静脉输注治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　评价低剂量氟尿嘧啶 (5 -FU)持续静脉输注治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及副作用。方法　 14例Ⅳ期胃癌患者应用微量泵持续静脉输注 5 -FU(5 0 0mg·m- 2 ·d- 1 ) 72h ,亚叶酸钙 (CF) 10 0mg·m- 2 ·d- 1 静脉输注 ,连用 3天。化疗 2周期为 1个疗程 ,评价疗效。结果　 14例中PR 7例 ,NC 2例 ,PD 5例 ,总有效率为 7 14 ;毒副作用主要为消化道反应。结论　低剂量氟尿嘧啶持续静脉输注对晚期胃癌患者是一个有效低毒的治疗方法。Objective To examin the efficacy and toxicity of continuous venous infusion of low-dose 5-FU for treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 14 patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled in the study. The prescription of the regimen was 5-FU 250 mg/m 2 civ and CF 100 mg/m 2 iv gtt qd for 3 d as a cycle. The effect was assessed after a course of two cycles of the chemotherapy. Results Gross efficiency rate was 50%, with 7 patients having obtained PR. The major toxic effects were gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion The presented chemotherapy regimen is effective and less toxic, suitable for advanced gastric cancer patients.
