摘　　要：介绍了机车单元制动器制动状态的监测方法,利用单片机 对象控制"的特点,说明控制对象有关参数获得方法和信号分析处理的基本过程。本监测系统通过实时采集制动时传感器的信号和机车运行的速度信号,分析判断机车运行情况,进而监测单元制动器的制动状态,在出现异常情况时给出相应的语音和信号显示。This paper introduced the method of keeping watch on and controlling the locomotive brake state.The method of acquiring related object parameter and basic procedure of signal analysis and processing by means of characteristics of single-chip microcomputer in the object control is explained.Based on the sensor's real-time signals and other signals of the corresponding parts when locomotive is applied on the brake,the system can analyze and judge the locomotive working state,and so can deal with abnormal situations in an urgent way,such as sound alert,diode bright.
