摘  要:1979~2003年,先后收集、整理、鉴定了野生大豆资源材料989份,组配各类型种间杂交组合676个。筛选出一批蛋白质含量480mg·g-1以上优异野生大豆种质49份;抗孢囊线虫3号生理小种的高抗种质8份;抗花叶病毒的野生大豆种质5份;多花荚、多分枝、抗逆性强等类型野生大豆种质9份;创造出蛋白质、脂肪双高661.6mg·g-1(龙品8807)品系1份和新种质类型8份。通过种间杂交,获得一批变异丰富、蛋白质含量高、百粒重在6~20g、抗逆性及丰产潜力大的优异中间材料,此外,选育推广了龙小粒豆1号特用新品种大豆,成为黑龙江省出口创汇的骨干品种。与此同时,利用花粉管通道技术,采用外源DNA导入技术,在中国首次选育出“黑生101”大豆新品种,拓宽了大豆种质遗传基础,丰富了大豆种质基因库。wild soybean materials have been collected, arranged and identified during 1979 to 2003. 676 crosses have been made between different species. Some outstanding wild soybean natural resources have been selected including 49 with protein content over 480mg·g-1, 8 with resistant to race 3 of SCN, 5 with resistant to soybean mosaic virus, 9 with multi-pods and branches and against adverse circumstances. Longpin 8807 and other 8 sources of soybean which content both high protein and oil(661.6mg·g-1)were selected. Also some middle materials were selected induding high protein content, hundred grain weight between 6-20g, against adverse circumstances and high yield potential. New variety Long xiaolidou No 1 has become main source of export income. Cultivars Heisheng 101 bred by pollen tube pathway have broaden soybean germplasm, improved spring soybean gene pool.
