摘　　要：颅内动脉瘤是一种严重危害人类生命安全的疾病 ,其发生、发展和转归的规律仍未完全明确。在各种影响因素中 ,血流动力学因素与该病的自然史密切相关 ,因而近年来成为国内外研究的热点。Intracranial aneur ysm is a disease which can seriously do harm to human health. The laws of its ge nesis, developments and outcomes are still unclear. In all influencing factors, hemodynamic factor is closely associated with the history of aneurysms, so it be comes a hot spot recently in the world.
