甜菜夜蛾感病幼虫发育与温度关系模型研究

摘　　要：以甘蓝叶为饲料 ,在不同龄期饲喂不同浓度的病毒 ,观察 2 0 ,2 3,2 6 ,2 9,32℃五个温度条件下的侵染、发育及产卵情况。结果表明 ,不同饲毒浓度下侵染速率、平均发育速率、产卵量与温度呈线性关系 ,而侵染速率、平均发育速率与饲毒浓度 温度的复合关系可用Y =C1 +C2 T +C3T2 +C4 lnD模型描述。The larva at different instar stage were fed with the cabbage leaves of different SeNPV concentrations and the conditions of their s infection,development and oviposition were observed at 20,23,26,29 and 32℃.Th e results showed that at given SeNPV concentrations,the infecion rate,the develo pmental rate and amount of fecundity had linear relationships with temperature;t he relationships of the infection rate and average developmental rate with the c oncentration-temperature counld be described by the function Y=C 1+C 2T+C 3T 2+C 4lnD.
