摘　　要：目的　探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤自发破裂的临床特点。方法　分析 2例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤自发破裂病例。结果　B超、CT检查均提示肾上腺区肿瘤并破裂、肾周血肿。保守治疗后择期手术切除肿瘤 ,清除血肿。结论　肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤可能会发生自发破裂而出血 ,B超、CT检查有助于诊断。治疗常需手术切除肿瘤、清除血肿。Objective To explore the clinical features of spontaneous rupture of adrenal pheochromocytoma. Methods Two cases with spontaneous rupture of adrenal pheochromocytoma were reviewed. Results Ultrasound, CT scan both showed large perirenal hematomas and rupture masses in adrenal areas in the 2 cases. Operations were performed in the two patients after conservative therapy. Conclusion Adrenal pheochromocytoma occasionally undergoes spontaneous rupture. Ultrasound, and CT scan play an important role in the diagnosis. Surgical treatment which resects adrenal tumor and removes hematoma is usually necessary.
