摘　　要：古典经济学视“企业”为一只无须分析的“黑箱”，企业劳动力完全是通过市场工资的竞争进行配置的。实际上，劳动力配置大部分是在企业内部劳动力市场上进行的。本文将从企业内部劳动力市场存在的客观必然性出发，揭示内部劳动力市场的特点，阐述如何加强内部劳动力市场建设，以促进企业人力资本运营。Firm is regarded by classical economics as a “black box ”which needn't be analysed.And labor is fully assigned through the competiting market wages.In fact,labor assignment is mainly completed in the internal labor market.This paper,based on the factual existence of the internal labor market in a firm,reveals the characteristics of internal labor market and presents the ways to promote human capital operation by strengthening the construction of internal labor market.
