摘  要:1999—2001年在新疆呼图壁县和察布查尔县研究了有机氮用量对香料烟产量、产值、香气物质含量和感官质量的影响.结果表明:有机氮用量对香料烟有机酸、赖百当类、类胡萝卜素类含量影响较大,而对类西柏烷类含量影响较小.察布查尔县香料烟中有机酸、类胡萝卜素、赖百当类物质含量以及香味物质总量以50%有机氮处理为最高,呼图壁县香料烟中有机酸、赖百当类物质含量和香味物质总量以75%有机氮处理为最高.有机氮用量对香料烟产量的影响因产地土壤条件不同而有差异,但两地不同处理之间产量的差异均未达到显著水平;产值均以50%有机氮处理为最高.评吸结果表明,在新疆有机氮用量占氮用量的50%有利于提高香料烟的香气,降低刺激性和杂气.The effects of organic nitrogen ratio on the yield,value,the content of aromatic constituent and sensory evaluation of oriental tobacco were studied in Hutubi County and Chabuchar County.The results showed that the contents of organic acid,labdanums,carotenoid in oriental tobacco were affected obviously by organic nitrogen ratio,while the contents of cembranoid were influenced less.The contents of organic acid, labdanums and the total aroma components of oriental tobacco were the most under 50% organic nitrogen in Chabuchar County and under 75% organic nitrogen in Hutubi County. The effect of organic nitrogen ratio on the yield of oriental tobacco was different because of the difference of soil condition in producing areas,but the difference of yield among treatments did not reach the significance level.The value of oriental tobacco was the highest under 50% organic nitrogen in both producing areas.The result of sensory evaluation showed that the volume of aroma increased,while the biting taste and offensive taste reduced when the organic nitrogen ratio in Xinjiang was one half of the total nitrogen supply.
