摘 要:用毛细管气相色谱和色谱-质谱联用技术分析了罗汉橙(Citrus junos(Sieb)Tan.cv.Luohancheng Hort.)叶精油的化学成分,共鉴定出32个成分,其中主要成分N-甲基邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯占精油总量的45.36%~58.50%,它是经柱层析分离提纯后用IR、~1H NMR和^(13)C NMR鉴定的。像这种含有大量含氮化合物的植物精油在自然界中是不多见的,在我国尚属首次发现。由于这种化合物具有浓郁的新鲜桔子香味,在香料工业上有多种用途,所以该精油很可能是一种新的有价值的精油资源。32 chemical components of the essential oil from the leaves of Citrus junos (Sieb) Tan. cv. Luohancheng Hort. were analyzed by GC and GC-MS. Among them,a main component,methyl N-methyl anthranilate which makes up 45. 36%~58. 50% of the essential oil,was isolated by column chromatogra-phy and its structure was elucidated by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The plant essential oil having a great quantity of nitrogen-containing aromatic compounds rarely exists in nature. To our knowledge,this essential oil was found for the first time in China. Because methyl N-methyl anthranilate has a variety of uses in fragrance and flavor industry,so this essential oil is of value as new resources.
