摘 要:系统研究了马尾松抗松毛虫植株和对照植株针叶中单萜、倍半萜、树脂酸、二萜中性物以及水溶性酚类组成,并比较了它们之间的差异。发现:抗虫株与对照株在单萜、倍半萜和树脂酸之间没有明显差异,但其二萜中性成分之间存在较大的定量差别,对照株中含有较多的海松酸型树脂酸甲酯。抗虫株与对照株同属19-甲基贝壳酸型;在可由乙酸乙酯提出的水溶性酚中存在一个很大差异的组分。在对照株中,该组分占酚类总量的37%,而在抗虫株中含量极低。经物理和化学方法确定该成分为双氢槲皮素-3’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。The chemical components of monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, resin acids, diterpene neutral part and water soluble phenols existing in Pinus massoniana needles of anti-pine-caterpillar tree were studied in comparison with that in controls. No obvious difference in the components of monoterpene,sesquiterpene,resin acids was observed between anti-worm and control trees. But a considerable quantitative difference was found in their neutral parts. The control tree needles mainly consist of methyl ester of pimaric type acids. These two trees both belong to 19-methyl agathic acid type taxonomically. The water soluble and extracted by acetoacetate phenol parts contain a great different component, which reach 37% to the total phenol part of the control tree,but is rather few in anti-worm tree.This different component was isolated and identified as taxifolin-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside by physical and chemical methods.
