牙源性颗粒细胞瘤1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：目的　探讨牙源性颗粒细胞瘤的病理组织学特点、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法　应用光镜、免疫组化对 1例牙源性颗粒细胞瘤手术切除标本进行组织学观察。结果　其组织学特点是大量的颗粒细胞排列紧密 ,周围有多个散在的牙源性上皮条索和团块 ,有的团块中央可见均质状嗜酸性物。vimentin、CK19和S 10 0呈不同程度的阳性反应。结论　牙源性颗粒细胞瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤 ,根据组织学特点 ,结合免疫组化染色 ,可以做出明确诊断。Objective To investigate the histopathological features of odontogenic granular cell tumour, and its diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods A specimen from odontogenic granular cell tumour was observed with light microscopy and immunohistochemical staining. Results The histological features of the tumour were that numorous granular cells were densely packed with several scattered strands and clusters of odontogenic epithelium. Sometimes homogenous eosinophilic granules could be seen in the center of epithelium clusters. The immunohistochemical staining showed expression of vimentin, CK19 and S-100 protein in various degree. Conclusions Odontogenic granular cell tumour is a rare tumour. A definite diagnosis can be made according to its histological features and immunohistochemical staining.
