摘　　要：胰腺囊腺癌是一种少见的低度恶性肿瘤,仅占胰腺原发恶性肿瘤的1%。临床诊断困难。本文报道5例经手术和病理证实病例,B 超和CT 扫描检查均可发现胰腺体尾部呈多房、有分隔、且在不规则的囊壁上有乳头状突起凸入囊腔的病变表现。另外还讨论了本病的鉴别诊断。Pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma is a rare and low malignant tumor representingapproximately 1% of all primary pancreatic neoplsma.Clinical diagnosis is difficult to make out.5 casesof pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma confirmed by surgico-pathology were reported.B-US and CTmanifestations of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma were the multilobular cysts with septum and irregularwalls with papiliforms protursion in the bodies or tails of the pancreases.Only 1 had monoiocular cavitywith thin wall.The differential diagnosis was discussed also.
