摘　　要：作为英语的一种变体 ,洋泾浜英语是中国对外贸易的产物 ,在近代中国对外关系、对外贸易以及文化交流等各个领域都曾产生了重要的影响。就它的历史来源、特点及作用与影响进行系统的探讨 ,对研究中国近代史、汉语发展史以及外语教学 。As a variety of English, Pidgin English is a product of foreign trade of China. It has played an important role in the fields of foreign relations, foreign trade and cultural exchanges. It is an important job to make a systematic research on the origin, characteristics, functions and effects of Pidgin English from the perspectives of history, the development of the Chinese language and foreign language teaching.
