摘　　要：把高校体育代表队建成一个符合现代体育发展方向,培养现代体育人才基地,为更加充分合理地开发体育资源,避免体育资金浪费,解决遗留问题,使之更科学地运作,良性循环。It is introduces in briefly how to turn the collage gym delegation into a base which accords with the development trend of contemporary gym, and trains modern talented athlete. This paper provides us means by which we can exploit gym resources more adequately and rally can avoid the waste of gym fund, can solve the problems left behind and make it operate scientifically.
