摘　　要：本文报告54例血管性帕金森综合征(VPS)的CT、血液流变学的改变。CT扫描显示腔隙性脑梗塞多见于丘脑、内囊、豆状核、尾状核、脑干等部位,部分病例合并有皮质下动脉硬化性脑病等改变。血液流变学检查均为高凝状态。讨论了VPS诊断与鉴别诊断及治疗问题。54 cases of vasculas Parkinsonism were studied clinically, hemorrheologically and with CT scanning. All cases showed lacunar cerebral infarction on the scans. Lacunar foci occurring in the thalamus, the internal capsule, the lenticular nucleus, the caudate nucleus, the brain stern erc, were most common. Some cases were accompanied by subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy. Examination of hemorrheology showed signs of hyperviscosity. The diagnosis, differential diagnosis and therapy of vascular Parkinsonism were discussed.
