粒单祖细胞无血清培养体系在正常人和白血病中的应用及其临床意义

摘　　要：成功地建立了一种正常人骨髓粒单祖细胞无血清培养体系。并以此体系对白血病祖细胞进行体外培养,观察了其对粒单——集落刺激因子的反应,白血病祖细胞集落生长呈依赖生长型、自发生长型和不生长型三种类型,其中自发生长型临床预后较差。Herre we report experiments dealed with the development of a fully serum-free culture (SFC) system for growth of human granulocye-macropgage proginitor cell (GM-CFU). We also studed the responce of leukemic progenitor cell (L-CFU) to rhGM-CSF in theSFC system L-CFU may classified into three groups: dependent growfh type, no growth typeand spontaneous growth type. The spontaneous growth type was correlected with a poor re-sponce to chemitherapy.
