摘　　要：本文研究了10例AUL的细胞来源和化疗方案选择。结果显示6例来源于B或早期B细胞,2例来源于早期粒细胞,2例为干细胞或来源不明者。并发现表达DR^+、BA_2^+者对ALL方案效果好,表达DR^+、HI98^+或HI15^+者对ALL方案差、对AML方案效果好,建议按其免疫标志采用相应的化疗方案。This paper analysed the cellular origen and chemotherapy choice of10 cases acute undifferentiated leukaemia. The result showed that the six patientswere come from the early B cells, two patients were cme from the early myeloid cellsand other two patients were come from stem cells. The patients of AUL should be re-ceived different chemotherapy protocol according to their different cellular origens.
