摘　　要：介绍了应用于数字视频监控系统中的云台镜头解码器的软硬件设计方法 .解码器以 89C5 1单片机为核心 ,共有电源电路、通信电路、看门狗电路、报警电路以及云台镜头控制电路 5部分组成 ,采用 RS-485串行通信协议与上位机相连 ,实现了对云台的上、下、左、右、水平旋转以及对镜头的变焦、聚焦、光圈的自动控制 .This paper presents the design method of pan and camera decoder applying in digital video monitoring system including software and hardware . This decoder is based on microcomputer 89C51 and composed of power circuit , communication circuit , watch dog circuit , alarm circuit as well as pan and camera control circuit .It is connected with the UP computer by RS-485 serial communication protocols . This decoder can relies the pan and camera's automatic control .The results of the real cases prove it to be reliable and realistic.
