大剂量抑肽酶减少脑瘤术中出血的临床研究

摘　　要：本文采用双盲法对抑肽酶减少脑瘤术中出血进行了前瞻性的研究。设治疗组47例;对照组52例。结果显示:治疗组出血量明显减少,两组对照术中出血量相差非常显著,P<0.001。With double-bling control method,wemade prospective study about aprotinin in decreasing brainomahemorrhage during operation.The patients were divided into twogroups.Treatment group had 47 cases and control group 52cases.The results demonstrated that hemorrhage quantitybetween two groups had much significant meaning in statistics(P<0.001).
