摘  要:目的 探讨国产CAD/CAM系统的全冠边缘适合性。方法 以 1例患者的一颗需要全冠修复的下颌第一磨牙为研究对象 ,按照全瓷冠的要求牙体预备后 ,制取印模 ,翻制 10副模型 ,利用吕培军等人研制的CAD/CAM系统制作 10颗全冠 ,在扫描电镜下观测全冠边缘和预备体之间的间隙大小。结果 全冠边缘和预备体之间的间隙均值和标准差分别为 :颊侧 12 4 .9μm± 2 5 .5 μm,舌侧 12 5 .7μm± 4 6 .6 μm,近中 14 7.8μm ± 14 .6 μm,远中196 .5 μm± 34.8μm。所有间隙的均值和标准差为 14 0 .9μm± 4 3.8μm。结论 国产CAD/CAM系统制作的全冠 ,其边缘适合性在临床上可以接受 ,具有很好的发展前景。Objective To study the marginal adaptation of crown by CAD/CAM maed in China.Methods One mandibular first molar was prepared for ceramic full crown.Impressions were taken to produce 10 working stone dies and 10 organic glass crown were fabricated with CAD/CAM.Those crowns were cemented by using glass polyalkenoate cement,embedded in stone dies,sectioned in bullolingual and mesiodistal,and the marginal gaps were measured under scanning election microscopy.Results Mean gap dimension and standard deviations at the marginal opening was 140.9μm ± 43.8μm .The mean gap dimensions and standard deviations were 124.9μm ± 25.5μm for buccal margin, 125.7μm ± 46.6μm for lingual margin, 147.8μm ± 14.6μm for mesial margin, and 196.5μm ± 34.8μm for distal margin.Conclusion The crown fabricated with CAD/CAM was acceptable.However it would be improved and it will have a good future.
