摘　　要：本文介绍合肥供电公司如何应用质量管理理论和方法开展质量管理(QC)小组活动,实现500kV线路带电更换四联串耐张绝缘子的创新与实践过程。本成果是全国电力行业QC成果第10名,并获得全国优秀QC成果奖。This paper introduces the theory and method of Quality Control (QC) application to developing QC group campaign and realizing the innovation and practice course of changing 4 link strain insulators with Kve tine work in Hefei Power Supply Company. The practice shows that planned and scientific Quality Control method is the relative ideal way that realizes the innovation of Kve line work. This accomplishment is the rank of 10th in QC accomplishment of nation - wide power industry and gets nation - wide excellent QC accomplishment award.
