摘　　要：采用有机酸分析系统测定产品中有机酸的含量。结果表明,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。四种有机酸最小检测浓度均为0.1μg/mL,回收率分别为:柠檬酸100.34%￣100.57%,苹果酸100.14%￣100.20%,乳酸100.09%￣100.10%,醋酸100.36%￣100.68%,柠檬酸RSDmax=0.36%,苹果酸RSDmax=0.44%,乳酸RSDmax=0.74%,醋酸RSDmax=0.49%。The organic acid analytical system with the conductance detector is used in the determination of organic acid in products. lt indicates there is a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration (r=0.9999) of organic acid. LOD is 0.1μg/mLfor four kinds of organic acid.The recovery of citrc acid is 100.34%￣100.57%, DL-malic acid 100.14%￣100. 20%,Lactic acid 100.09%￣100.10% and acetic acid 100.36%￣100.68%.RSDmax for citric acid is 0.36%,DL-malic acid 0. 44%, lactic acid 0.74%,acetic acid 0.49%.
