摘 要:为建立保健食品的快速安全性评价方法,用CHO和V79两个细胞系对三七进行了MTT法、中性红吸收法、集落形成法进行细胞毒性试验,用BalBc细胞、CHL细胞、SL-7细胞3个细胞系对川芎用上述3种方法进行了细胞毒性试验。结果发现用CHO和CHL细胞系,中性红吸收法做出的细胞毒性结果比较稳定可靠。There are many inadquacies in the inspection of health foods in China. The efficiency of conventional evaluation methods is too low. The study on safety evaluation technique and standard of ingredients from health foods was aimed at establishing a rapid method for estimating the safety of functional foods. This article only dissertated in one aspect, that is, cytotoxicity. In this article, notoginseng and rhizome of Sichuan lovage were taken for exmple. Three methods were used, that is, MTT, NRU and clony formation assay. For notoginseng, CHO and V 79 cell lines were selected. For rhizome of Sichuan lovage, the cell lines were CHL, BalB/C and SL-7 cell lines. The results showed that NRU method on CHO and CHL cell lines was more sensitive and reliable.
