摘  要:目的建立海水浸泡伤后急性胃黏膜病变(AGML)动物模型,为开展相关研究奠定理论基础。方法经腹部海水浸泡伤应激后,观察大鼠胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI)、胃液pH的变化。结果海水浸泡伤应激后,大鼠胃液pH值降低而UI增加,二者呈负相关(r=-0.70035,P<0.01);各种应激后均有AGML改变,并随时间延长而加重,以海水浸泡伤3h者最重。结论海水浸泡伤大鼠AGML模型具有操作简单、易重复、相对稳定等特点,是一种比较理想的AGML新模型,适用于腹部海水浸泡伤的早期病理生理研究。Objective:To establish a new animal mode of acute gastric mucosal lesions(AGML)in rats with open abdominal trauma after seawater immersion,so as to provide theoretical foundation for relevant study.Methods:Animal model was made with rat.The changes of gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI),pH of gastric juice were observed when the open abdominal trauma was immersed in artificial seawater.Results:After seawater immersion stress of rats with open abdominal trauma,with the immersing time prolonged,pH of gastric juice decreased and UI increased gradually in experimental rats.Moreover,there was significantly negative relationship between UI and pH value(r=-0.70035,P<0.01).Under all kinds of stress,AGML could be observed in all stress groups,especially in rats with open abdominal trauma after seawater immersion for3hours.Conclusion:The new animal mode of AGML in rats with open abdominal trauma after seawater immersion is ideal and applicable for early pathophysiologic study on open abdominal trauma with seawater immersion,which is a new type and ideal model of AGML with feature of easy operation,easy duplication and relative stability.
