健胃愈疡颗粒剂对大鼠复发胃溃疡愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的以IL-1β所致胃溃疡复发大鼠为模型,观察健胃愈疡颗粒(JianweiyuyangGranules,JWYY)对大鼠胃溃疡复发的影响及抗复发机制。方法Okabe乙酸涂抹法制作大鼠胃溃疡模型,腹腔注射IL-1β制作复发模型。观察JWYY对溃疡指数和溃疡组织病理学的影响。结果健胃愈疡颗粒能明显降低溃疡复发率和溃疡指数,增加黏膜厚度,改善纤维排列状况。结论健胃愈疡颗粒能提高溃疡愈合质量,降低IL-1β所致的大鼠胃溃疡复发。Objective:To study the effect of Jianweiyuyang(JWYY)Granule of rats with gastric ulcer recurrence and investigate the mechanism of the JWYY treating gastric ulcer and preventing the recurrence.Methods:The gastric ulcer was induced in rat by Okeba' s method with some modification and the recurrence model caused by IL-1β.The effect of JWYY Granules on ulcer foci of the rats was observed by pathological examination and the ul-cer index was tested.Results:JWYY could promote ulcer healing and preventing the recurrence of the gastric ul-cer.Conclusion:It indicates that Jianweiyuyang Granules can improve the quality of ulcer healing and preventing the recurrence of the gastric ulcer.
