摘　　要：本着从办学理念的诠释入手 ,阐述了办学理念的形成及其作用 ,分析了宜宾学院“以本为本、务本创新 ,以质为本、进出双兴 ,以生为本、办学为民”的办学理念的内涵 ,对践行“三为本”Based on “The Three Principles” of Yibin University to build a new college, the reserch explains the theory of collegs education, tells the whole story about “The Three Principles” when it starts, how its fromed, and tells its functions in details.
