摘  要:目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)对大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤后细胞凋亡的影响。方法:用线栓法建立局灶脑缺血再灌注模型,立体定向侧脑室内注入转化生长因子β1,观察不同剂量TGF-β1对局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤及对细胞凋亡的影响。结果:TGF-β1小、高剂量治疗组细胞凋亡较对照组均明显降低,神经功能缺损评分亦明显下降,小剂量与高剂量组间比较无明显差异。结论:TGF-β1对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,且与剂量无明显关系;其机制可能为抑制神经细胞凋亡。AIM:To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF β1) on apoptosis of focal cerebral ischemic rats after reperfused injury. METHODS:The model of focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion was established with thread embolism method, and TGF β1 was injected into the stereotaxic lateral ventricle, so as to observed the effect of different doses of TGF β1 on focal cerebral ischemic reperfusive injury and cellular apoptosis. RESULTS:The cellular apoptosis in treatment group of both low and high dose of TGF β1 were decreased compared with that of control group,and the score of neurologic impairment was also decreased obviously.however, there was no significant difference in both low dose group and high dose group. CONCLUSION:TGF β1 has protective effect on cerebral ischemic reperfusive injury,and is no significant difference with dosage. Moreover, its mechanism is the inhibition of neuronal apoptosis.
