硫酸镁治疗对急性期脑梗死患者近期神经功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察硫酸镁治疗对脑梗死后神经功能缺损的康复疗效和生活质量的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:2003-01/2004-05哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院神经内科和神经外科收治的住院急性脑梗死患者68例,入院时发病时间均不超过24h,将68例患者随机分为MgSO4治疗组(治疗组)和对照组,分别于用药前、用药后3d、3个月观察神经功能恢复情况,测定神经功能缺损积分,同时采用质量综合评定问卷对脑梗死后3个月患者的生活质量进行评定。结果:治疗组用药后3d和用药后3个月的神经功能缺损积分分别为(19.84±6.43)和(10.11±5.65)分,较对照组(24.76±7.05)和(17.65±6.30)分明显减轻,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。治疗组生活质量评分明显改善,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组疗效评定较对照组有显著性进步(P<0.05)。结论:MgSO4能促进脑梗死患者的神经功能恢复,提高患者的生活质量。AIM:To observe the effect of magnesium sulfate(MgSO4) on the rehabilitation of neurological impairment and the quality of life (QOL) in patients with cerebral infarction,so as to study its action mechanism. METHODS:From January 2003 to May 2004,68 inpatients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery,First Clinical Medical College of Harbin Medical University within 24 hours after first attack.Then the patients were randomized into MgSO4 group(study group) and control group,and the condition of neurological recovery and the scores of neurological deficits were observed and measured before,3 days and 3 months after administration.Meanwhile,the general QOL inventory was employed to evaluate the QOL of patients with cerebral infarct at 3 months after attack. RESULTS:Three days and three months after treatment,the scores of neurological deficits in the study group were 19.84±6.43 and 10.11±5.65 respectively,obviously lower than those in the control group(24.76±7.05 and 17.65±6.30)(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01).The QOL in the study group was significantly improved as compared with that in the control group(P < 0.05).The evaluation on the curative effect in the study group was remarkablely better than that in the control group. CONCLUSION:MgSO4 can promote the neurological recovery and improve the QOL of patients with cerebral infarction.
