阿尔茨海默病照料者的心理状况及护理干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)照料者的心理状况及护理干预效果。方法:对60例2003-03/06广东省人民医院收治的AD患者的照料者采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评定,并根据评定存在的心理问题给予护理干预,观察AD照料者干预前后的心理状况并与国内常模相比较。结果:AD照料者的SCL-90总分为138.06±34.09,SAS评分为31.63±5.74,SDS评分为36.30±6.84,均高于国内常模(P<0.01);经过6个月的护理干预后,AD照料者的SCL-90总分及各因子分(除强迫、恐怖、精神病性外)、SAS及SDS评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),与常模相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:AD照料者存在着不同程度的心理问题,护理干预可有效地改善AD照料者的心理状况。AIM:To investigate the psychological status and effects of the nursing intervention on the caregivers of patients with Alzheimer disease(AD). METHODS:Sixty caregivers of AD patients were assessed with symptom checklist 90(SCL 90),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS) and given nursing intervention according to the self mental status in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital form March to June 2003.Following the nursing intervention strategy, psychological status was observed and compared with Chinese norm. RESULTS:The scores of SCL 90,SAS, nd SDS in the caregivers of AD patients were 138.06±34.09,31.63±5.74 and 36.30±6.84 respectively, significant higher than those in Chinese norm(P< 0.01).After the nursing intervention for six months, the scores of SCL 90 and its items(except for the scores of compulsion, panic and psychosis), AS and SDS in the caregivers were lower than those before intervention(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01),but the scores in caregivers and Chinese norm did not show significant difference (P >0.05). CONCLUSION:The caregivers of AD patients have mental problems to different extents,and nursing intervention can improve their psychological status effectively.
