马铃薯脱毒种薯原种基地评选条件的研究

摘　　要：摘要1988～1989年选择甘肃省20个条件各异的马铃薯脱毒种薯基地,研究评选优良原种基地的条件.结果认为,单纯用高纬度、高海拔、无霜期短、冷凉和多雨等传统非生物量度作评价有时失败.夏季黄皿诱来有翅蚜总量或有翅桃蚜总数、蚜虫种类丰盛度、蚜虫天敌丰盛度及植物多样性等是评价基地的最佳量度.Twenty regions planting devirus seed-potato in different conditions were selected to study the evaluating factors of the quality of the basic regions of the primary devirus seed-potato in 1988～1989. The results show that one would be defeated sometimes when he evaluates the quality with the traditional nonbiological measurements such as the high latitudes, the high elevation above the sea level, the short nonfrost scason, cool, rainy ect., but the total trapping number of alate aphids and that of the alate peach aphids in Mocricke's yellow trap in the summer season, the richness of aphid species, the richness of aphid natural enemies and the diversity of the plant species are the best measurements in evaluating the quality of the basic regions of the primary devirus seed-potato.
