摘　　要：针对字符号码类目标,提出一种无需全图阈值分割和先验特征匹配计算的方法。先利用方向梯度块精确定位目标,再对目标区域作局部阈值分割,从而快速地得到高质量的目标信息。Object's location is the key precondition of it's recognition, and the exactitude of location affects the preciseness of recognition. For char-numbers object, a new rapid location method based on directional gradient blocks was presented. It got object's accurate location firstly, and then segmented the object locally.
