国家青年排球队员时间管理倾向与自我价值感的相关研究

摘　　要：运用时间管理倾向量表和自我价值感量表对 1 3名国家青年排球队运动员的研究表明 ,国家青年排球队运动员的整体时间管理倾向与大学生没有显著差异 ;自我价值感显著高于常模群体 ,具有较高的自我价值感水平 ;相关分析发现 ,时间监控观与总体自我价值感和一般自我价值感之间的相关显著 ,时间监控观与社会取向的家庭自我价值感、时间管理倾向的三维度与个体自我价值感之间存在显著的相关 ;多重回归分析发现时间监控观对总体自我价值感和一般自我价值感具有直接的预测作用。The aim of this research was to exp lore the character and relation ship between time management disposition and self-worth of the national youth v o lleyball team players. The time management disposition scale and self-worth sc ale we re used to investigate 13 national volleyball team players. The results showed that the players' self-worth was higher than that of the norm group, and there was no differenc e in the time management disposition of university students, while time monito r ha d a significant positive correlation with global self-worth, general self-worth , and social orientation family self-worth. The three dimensions of time managem e nt disposition had a significant positive correlation with individual orientatio n self-worth; they could predict global and general self-worth directly or ind irectly.
