摘　　要：经济人是市场经济的主体。我国在建立和完善社会主义市场经济过程中,在看待政府人员方面仍存在着差异:事实上的经济人属性的忽视与价值和行为上的公共人属性的偏重。本文认为,在现阶段我们仍需把政府人员作为经济人看待,这样能更好地看清、理解现实需要,才会更加有利于我国各项制度的完善。The economic man is the main body of the market economy. In establishing and perfecting socialism market e conomy process, the difference still exsits in treating the personnel of government-neglectof economic person attribute in fact and approbation of public person attribute in value with behavior. This article thinks, we have to treat the personnel of government as the economic man at present stage, so that we can see and comprehend the actual need better and this would benefit to perfect our country various institutions and systems.
