摘 要:目的:研究硅烷偶联剂γ-MPS在钡玻璃表面的吸附机制。方法:应用漫反射傅立叶变换红外光谱对经硅化处理和未经硅化处理的钡玻璃粉进行测试,通过差示光谱解析偶联剂与钡玻璃间界面的特征吸收谱带。结果:(1)钡玻璃经硅化处理后其表面的游离OH基消失,偶联剂与钡玻璃界面处出现了Si-O-Si、Si-O-Al和Si-O-B等基团的特征谱带;(2)γ-MPS在钡玻璃表面产生了化学吸附,其吸附机制为钡玻璃表面的游离OH基与γ-MPS水解后的硅醇基团发生缩合形成以Si-O-M为主的共价键合。结论:本研究从分子水平上揭示了硅烷偶联剂γ-MPS与钡玻璃界面结合的机制,为钡玻璃填料在复合树脂中的推广和应用,以及新型复合树脂的研制和开发提供了理论依据。Objective: To study the adsorption mechanism of a silane coupling agent y-MPS on the surface of barium glass. Methods: The silanated and unsilanated barium glass powders were measured by using diffuse reflectance Forier transform infrared (DRIFT) spectroscopy, and the DRIFT bands were analyzed using difference spectrum method. Results: (1) The free OH-groups on the surface of the silanated barium glass were disappeared, and at the interface between y-MPS and the barium glass, there were characteristic DRIFT bands of Si-O-Si groups, Si-O-Al groups and Si-O-B groups. (2) Chemical adsorption was happened between y-MPS and barium glass. The adsorption mechanism was that the free OH-groups on the surface of barium glass condensed with the Si-OH groups of y-MPS which had hydrolyzed, to form covalent bonds mainly comprising Si-O-M groups. Conclusions: The present study revealed the mechanism and essence of the interface between the silane coupling agent y-MPS and barium glass on the molecular level. These could provide the theoretical basis for the usage of barium glass fillers in dental composite resins and for the development of modern composite
