甲酚甲醛、戊二醛对乳牙牙髓尖周病的治疗探讨

摘　　要：本文采用甲酚甲醛氧化锌和戊二醛氧化锌对乳牙龋源性牙髓炎及牙髓坏死尖周病进行探讨性治疗，术后观察１８～２４个月，结果提示：牙髓炎治疗效果满意，牙髓坏死尖周病治疗效果则不理想，说明戊二醛作为失活乳牙根髓的固定剂是有效的，作为感染根管的防腐剂是无效的，而甲酚甲醛氧化锌作为无髓乳牙的根内填料是不可取的。This study was discussed of the treatment of FC-ZOE and GA-ZOE for pulpitis and periapical disease on primary teeth. The post-operation observation was from 18 to 24 months. The result demostrated that the treatment for pulpitis is good,but for periapical disease is not satisfyingly. Ga-ZOE is effective as a fixing agent of devitalization for gangrenous root canal,and it was ineffect as an aseptic agent for infective root canal. FCZOE was disadvantage as a filling agent of root canal.
