纤维结合蛋白对人牙周韧带细胞DNA合成及超微结构的影响

摘  要:采用显微分光光度计图像分析技术及透射电镜观察纤维结合蛋白与人牙周韧带细胞作用后,细胞DNA合成和超微结构的变化,结果显示:加纤维结合蛋白组的牙周韧带细胞核面积值、核总吸收值和核平均吸收值均较对照组高(P<0.01),提示纤维结合蛋白可促进牙周细胞DNA的合成。超微结构示纤维结合蛋白组细胞核内常染色质含量明显较对照组丰富,且胞浆中含有更多量的微丝、线粒体等细胞器,表明在促进牙周愈合时,纤维结合蛋白可能通过调节微丝聚合度、刺激某些蛋白质合成而起作用。Abstract: Microspectrophotometer and transmitted electron microscope(TEM) were used to study the change of.DNA synthesis and ultrastructure after fibronecton(FN) acted on cultured periodontal ligament cells(PDLC).The results showed that the data of nuclus area ,nuclus total absorbs and nuclus mean absorbs of PDLC in FN group was higher than control(p<0. 01) . Under the TEM we observed that in FN group there were more euchromatin in cell nucleus and more organ cells such as microfilaments , chondriosomes and endoplasmic reticulum in cytoplasm. It suggested that PN can accelerate periodontal regenaration by promoting DNA and protein synthesis of PDLC.
