食管平滑肌瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断

摘　　要：报道了上海市胸科医院1957～1992年间经手术和病理证实的食管平滑肌瘤102例。男女比例为2.1:1,平均年龄48岁。食管钡餐造影是主要的诊断检查方法。X线表现多为单发,少数多发。本文根据肿瘤生长凸出的部位、形态和X线特征来分析和分型,并着重讨论诊断和鉴别诊断。102 cases of esophageal non-striated muscle tumors proved surgically and pathologically were found during the period of 1957-1992 in the Shanghai Chest Hospital. The ratio of male to female was 2.1:1. The average age was 48 years. Barium meal X-ray examination was the chief method of diagnosis. The lesion may single or multiple. The lesion were analyzed and classified into different types according to the features of radiological findings. The importance of diagnosis nad differential diagnosis were emphasized.
