摘　　要：本文从铸道设计,包埋方法,焙烧,铸造方法等方面介绍了Plat铸造陶瓷的铸造工艺并讨论了有关的理论问题.其工艺的铸道设计采用铸道再增加大直径外铸道的方式,并用二次包埋法进行包埋,焙烧温度为600℃,用二阶段法进行焙烧.In this paper, the author have introduced the casting technology of a new castable ceramic material (Plat), and discussed its related theory. This technology is similar to that of dental used metal materials, but there are also some significat differences espacially in sprue design, burnout pattern, and casting method. This technology is suitable for the new material and could obtain exellent restorations easily, it also make the new material easy to popularize.
