干燥综合征泪腺淋巴细胞的免疫组织化学研究

摘　　要：本文对12例干燥综合征(SS)的脸部泪腺和6例对照组泪腺组织中浸润的淋巴细胞进行免疫组织化学研究,结果发现SS泪腺中浸润的淋巴细胞主要是T细胞,其中T_(H/i)(辅助/诱导细胞)占绝大多数。B细胞为T细胞的一半,成团,巢状分布。T_(H/i)/T_(s/c)(抑制/细胞毒细胞)≈8。正常对照组泪腺T_(s/c)细胞略多于T_(H/i)细胞,T_(H/i)/T_(s/c)≈0.7652,B细胞极少见。SS泪腺T_(H/i)细胞和B细胞的局部积聚提示局部可能有T_H辅助B细胞产生自身抗体,从而诱发自身免疫反应导致泪腺损害。Immunohistochemical study of the infiltrating lymphoeytes in the palpebral lacrimal gland biopsies from 12 patients with Sjogren's Syndrome(SS)and 6 normal controls revealed that the OKT4-positive (T helper/inducer cells)were the predominant subsets in the SS patients. The ratio of OKT4/OKT8 (T suppressor/cytotoxic cells)was raised to about 8,in significant contrast to the 0.76 of the controls, and B lymphocytes (OKB7-positive cells) also increased to about half the number of T lymphocytes (Leu4-positive cells), indicating that local infiltration of OKT4-positive and B cells could have led to local autoantibody synthesis to damage the lacriaml gland.
