视网膜电图b波振幅和刺激光强关系研究

摘  要:应用视觉电生理记录分析系统,记录5个对数单位范围的刺激光强作用下,20例(30只眼)新西兰大白兔和20例(30只眼)正常成人的系列光强视网膜电图,求出视网膜电图 b 波的光强-振幅函数关系和曲线方程。结果:在低和中等刺激光强下,b 波振幅和刺激光强的函数关系为"S"型曲线,曲线方程符合 Naka-Rushton 等式:R/R_(max)=I^n/(I^n+K^n)。在较强刺激光强下,曲线出现第二上升支。该第二上升支是视网膜视杆系统反应和视锥系统反应共同作用的结果。The dark adapted electroretinogram was recorded in 30 eyes of New Zealand rabbits and 30 normal eyes of human volunteers.With the visual electrophy- siologic recording system,each eye being tested with intensities of a range of 5 log units,to study the intensity-response function of the scotopic b- wave of electroretinogram.It was found that the intensity-response function of the scotopic b-wave was a sigmoidal curve which fitted to the Naka- Rushton Equation:R/Rmax=I^n/(I^n+K^n)only at low to moderate flash luminances:at high flash lumi- nances,a second limb appeared in the function,which represented a complex combination of the rod system response and the cone system response.
