摘  要:在体外培养的条件下,大鼠晶体中 Na K-ATPase 可被1mmol/L ouabain 所抑制,抑制的程度随着 ouabain 作用的时间而加强。鼠晶体被 ouabain 作用后,湿重增加,晶体膨胀,逐渐变为混浊,表明晶体中的 Na K-ATPase 在维持晶体中的离子浓度及渗透压平衡上起着重要作用。此外,通过 H_2O_2对培养晶体的作用,表明晶体及晶体的 Na K-ATPase 易被氧化损伤,1mmol/L H_2O_2 20小时即可使晶体的 Na K-ATPase 活力下降56%,致晶体混浊。Under incubation,the activity of Na K-ATPase was inhibited by 1mmol ouabain,and the degree of inhibition increased with the duration of ouabain treatment.Exposure of the rat lens to ouabain resul- ted in an increase in its wet weight with intumes- cence and gradual opacification,indicating that Na K-ATPase played an important role in maintaining the ion concentration and osmotic equilibrium of the lens.Besides,the addition of 1mmol H_2O_2 to the culturde lens showed that the lens and its Na K-ATP ase were damaged by oxidation in 20 hours,when the enzyme activity was reduced by 55% and the lens turned opaque.
