摘  要:检测了45例脑血管病患者的红细胞免疫粘附功能,并与30例正常人进行比较,发现脑血管病患者的红细胞C3b花环率降低,而红细胞免疫复合物花环率升高。疾病的急性期与恢复期间红细胞免疫粘附功能无大差异。45例中20例经自血光量子疗法后红细胞免疫粘附功能与治疗前无大差异。说明脑血管病患者确存在免疫功能障碍,而自血光量子疗法对红细胞免疫功能的影响有待进一步研究。Red blood-cell immune function was studied in 45 patients with cerebral vascular disorders,the results showed that red blood-cell C3b garland ratio of patients decreased,(24.78±6.38%)while red blood-cell immune compounds garland ratio increased relatively(39.83±8.36%)compared with the normal group and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference (P>0.05)in red blood-cell imrnune function between the groups of cerebral ischmia and cerebral hemorrhage,acute period and recovery period of disease. Twenty out of 45 cases were treated with ultraviolet blood irradiation(UBI),red blood-cell immune function of patients after UBI and before UBI were similar (P>0.05).The present studies suggest that the function of red blood-cell immune in the patients with cerebral vascular disorders declined and the therapeutic effect of UBl on the function of red blood-cell immune remains to be studied.
