脊髓动静脉畸形的磁共振成像

摘　　要：报告１０例脊髓动静脉畸形（ＡＶＭ）的ＭＲＩ表现，其中７例经手术证实。畸形血管位于颈段１例，胸段１例，胸腰段８例。依畸形血管与脊髓关系不同分为单纯髓外型和髓内外混合型。髓外型２例，混合型８例。脊髓ＡＶＭ在ＭＲＩＳＥ序列上的典型表现为髓内或髓外硬膜下点状、条状或蚯蚓状无信号流空影像。结果表明，ＭＲＩ能全面直观地显示畸形血管，是诊断脊髓ＡＶＭ及其并发症的有效方法，也是随访其疗效的有效手段。The MRI findings of 10 patients with spinal arteriovenous malformation(AVM)were presented.The diagnosis of AVM in 7 patients were confirmed by operation.The lesions of 8 patients were located in the thoracic-lumbar region and of the another 2 were in the cervical and thoracic region respectively.According to the relation between abnormal vessels and spinal cord,AVM was divided into two types:extramedullary and mixed.Two cases were extramedullary type,8 cases belonged to mixed type.The characteristic findings of the spinal AVM under spin-echo sequence of MRI were the focal,linear and tortuous wormlike low intensity which represented the signal void effect of the abnormal vessels' nature.The results demonstrated that MRI could reveal the abnormal vessels of spinal AVM completely and directly.It is one of the best modality of choice for diagnosing spinal AVM and its complications. It is also an effective follow-up method for therapeutic efficacy of spinal AVM.
